Summer food is always one of the best parts of the season especially when it looks (and tastes!) like the new additions on the dinner menu at Tra Vigne in St. Helena, CA. Chef Nash Cognetti updated the menu with new local seasonal greens, fresh seafood dishes and Italian specialties that you won’t want to miss!
With the gorgeous Summer weather in Napa Valley, the perfect place to enjoy the new dishes is our Tuscany Courtyard with its canopy of mulberry trees and wrought iron tables reminiscent of Italy’s Old Country. If you ask us, intimate al fresco dining with fabulous Napa Valley wines and exquisite dishes sounds like a beautiful… and delicious…way to begin the summer season!

Forni-Brown Garden Lettuces Salad (Swanton Farms’ strawberries, toasted hazelnuts, gorgonzola, balsamic vinaigrette)
Wood Oven Baked Pizza “Hawaiitaliano” (parma ham, golden velvet apricots, jalapenos, gorgonzola, balsamic, arugula)
White Corn Soup (grilled coachella white corn, walnut pesto, garden chives)
Arancini Alla Bolognese (cripsy risotto balls filled with mozzarella and slow cooked pork sugo, spicy tomato sauce)

Pan Roasted Pacific King Salmon (spring pea salad, garlic whipped potatoes, porcini mushroom sauce)
Wood Oven Roasted Whole Fish (blistered tomato acqua pazza, grilled radicchio and mache salad)
Grilled Hill Ranch Pork Tenderloin (sweet corn and summer vegetable succotash, fresh bing cherry-balsamic sauce)
